1. Acceptance of terms

FolkCraft Studio (Morocco) operates VidLoad. By accessing or using VidLoad at https://vidload.net (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

VidLoad is a browser-based tool that helps users save publicly available video or audio files to their own devices when formats can be detected. The Service is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and may display advertising.

Guests may download a limited number of files per day (by technical identifiers such as IP). Signed-in free accounts receive a higher daily limit and may access personal download history. Limits may change with notice. Paid plans, if offered later, will be described separately.

We do not permanently host a public library of third-party media. Availability depends on the source platform, network conditions, and technical constraints.

3. Accounts

You may need an account for higher limits or history features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security or abuse risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VidLoad to:

• Download or use content in ways that infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Download content for commercial redistribution without proper authorization
• Circumvent DRM, access controls, paywalls, or technological protection measures
• Access private, non-public, or restricted content without permission
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or bulk abuse beyond normal personal use
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or related systems
• Violate applicable law or third-party platform terms of service

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with copyright law and each platform’s terms. VidLoad is intended for personal, lawful use only.

5. Intellectual property

The VidLoad name, branding, site design, and original software/UI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of our Service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Media you download remains the property of its respective rights holders. Using VidLoad does not grant you ownership of that media or a license beyond what the law and the rights holder already allow.

VidLoad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X (Twitter), Vimeo, Google, or any other third-party platform.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as authentication/hosting providers, Google Analytics, and (when enabled) Google AdSense. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Advertising

We may display ads provided by Google AdSense on free use of the Service. When ads are shown, you acknowledge that ads are generated based on content, context, and (where enabled) user behavior; we do not fully control the specific ads displayed by third parties; we may block certain ad categories through Google’s tools when available; you may report inappropriate ads through Google’s reporting tools; and if a paid ad-free plan is offered later, eligible subscribers may not see ads.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including limits, platforms, or the entire Service) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific formats, or that any particular URL will succeed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that downloads will always succeed or that the Service will be error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidLoad and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the Service is free.

VidLoad is not responsible for the content of media you choose to download or for how you use it afterward.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless VidLoad and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these terms, abuse, legal risk, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
